We use information to process registration, assign cabins, provide camp access, communicate schedules and updates, support participants, protect the community, maintain records, comply with law, and improve future programming. We do not sell personal information.
3. Manuscripts and critiques
Manuscripts and critiques are shared only as directed for cabin participation. Participants should not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in their files. We do not use participant manuscripts to train artificial-intelligence models.
4. Service providers
Information may be processed by services used to operate camp, including Skool, Google Drive and Docs, Zoom, email providers, hosting providers, and payment processors. Those companies operate under their own privacy policies and may process information in other locations.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for camp operations, legal and accounting obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
