Camp registration
The $15 Camp Speedy Pen registration fee reserves a limited cabin space and is non-refundable, except where required by law or if The Speedy Pen cancels the camp session.
If The Speedy Pen cancels
If The Speedy Pen cancels the entire camp session and does not provide a reasonably comparable rescheduled session, registered campers will receive a refund of the camp registration fee.
Participant cancellation
If you cannot attend, contact us promptly. Although cash refunds are not promised, we may, at our discretion and when administratively practical, allow a transfer to another eligible participant before cabin assignments are finalized.
Removal for conduct
A participant removed for violating the Terms of Participation is not entitled to a refund, except where required by law.
Separate memberships
The camp fee is not a recurring subscription. Any future Speedy Pen membership is a separate purchase governed by the price, cancellation, and refund terms shown before that purchase.
